Which new ground? They've got two next season.

Re: Tottenham new ground
As I live near their ground I have been writing letters to the council and Police to limit their capacity to about 50,000,. It was bad enough with only 36,000 around the stadium now they have increased their capacity to 62,000. Why the fuck did they get permission to build this cunt hole in the middle of already congested roads.

Re: Tottenham new ground
People moan about getting out of the Olympic Stadium at the end of the game. Good luck trying to get out of this one to get on the train. Will take double the time. Transport links are terrible and right on top of the North Circ. will be a nightmare

I think lower tier in the middle is £3k for a season, you get a drink and a free programme with it

Re: Tottenham new ground

Re: Tottenham new ground
Exactly Mike, given most of us have our love for West Ham largely based around the atmosphere of the old place, when it was in its form before the Rio stand, etc. that is whats important to me. My earliest memories of being at UP were standing on the North Bank or rather standing on a box in the NB with the place rocking.

Cant beat a proper football ground with 4 stands.

Re: Tottenham new ground
i get what you're saying jim, the Dortmund stadium is great for atmosphere

Re: Tottenham new ground
the areas still a shithole. proper oddballs on that high street.

Jim79 2:55 Thu Jun 21
Re: Tottenham new ground
I take that back Mike as they are good stadium's and sadly Spurs new ground will be similar to either of those.

I just like a ground with 4 discernible stands as opposed to a bowl.

Re: Tottenham new ground
bilbao & atletico new stadiums are stunning, they're not all shit

Jim79 2:30 Thu Jun 21
Re: Tottenham new ground
Unless anyone is going to build a stadium like the Westfalenstadion that Dortmund play in all new stadiums are shit.
